Course description

The 40-hour course is divided in two parts. The first one deals with topics about history, philosophy, language, culture and society; the second one concentrates on current issues related to politics, economy, energy, communications, trade and investment.

Both sections will highlight aspects of China and the Mexico-China relationship. All sessions will be taught by experts and coordinated by the Center for Chinese-Mexican Studies and the Center for Asian and African Studies.

At the end of the course, participants are expected to have deepened understanding about China, from its culture to its most recent developments in the fields of cutting-edge technologies in sectors such as communications, transport, renewable energy, education, health, etc.
